ForAllSecure's mission is to create a world where we can trust software is safe by automatically finding exploitable bugs at machine speeds and scale.

We do not believe the status quo is working, as companies are developing software much faster than they can manually secure it. Our focus at ForAllSecure is to change how companies develop, test, and deploy software by building the technology to make cybersecurity autonomous.

ForAllSecure’s customers include Roblox, Cloudflare, Motional, US CyberCommand, where applications range from securing online platforms used by millions to critical mission safety systems. Fortune 1000 companies in aerospace, automotive, and high-tech partner with ForAllSecure for scalable, advanced security testing that keeps pace with increasing development speeds and deployment frequencies.

We use email, Slack, larger meetings, 1:1’s, and phone calls to communicate. We have a monthly virtual social with different activities that the entire team is invited to. Recent events include ice cream tasting, an ancient Egypt murder mystery, coffee tasting, and a musical educational performance on the history and influence of black history. Depending on the team there are quarterly offsites and also we try to organize at least one all-employee event per year.

Work/Life Balance

Working over the weekends and during evening hours is incredibly rare (unless people are choosing these hours vs. within the 9-5). We use slack as our main messaging tool and outside of core weekday business hours the majority of employees are set to offline.

Performance Evaluations

Right now we conduct twice annual performance reviews and a once annual compensation review (at the same time as the second performance review period).

HR

We have a Head of People and a contract Recruiter as well as an external benefits support team. Disputes are handled where possible between immediate supervisor and employee however if escalation is required then they are brought to the attention of the Head of People to investigate and work towards a resolution.

Interview Process

Our standard interview process is:

  • resume review
  • initial recruiter interview
  • hiring manager interview
  • a virtual onsite interview (where candidates will meet with 3-4 potential peers/stakeholders to the role)
  • References

This process varies slightly depending on the role, for example, our tech hiring also includes a coding stage, and our sales hiring includes a pitch.
