Team Size
We’re a team of 34 people coming from 15 different nationalities. Currently we’re hiring to grow our design, engineering, and marketing teams.

We’re a mixed bunch - we have working parents, pet parents and people with lots of after work hobbies. We’re incredibly proud of the diversity in our team and we value the different perspectives, ideas and contributions each colleague brings to the table. We strongly believe that family and friends come first, work second. Other than core team meetings, we trust our team to work their own hours. We have some people that are early birds and login at 7am, while others prefer to login a little later and work into the evening. Weekend work is rare and mostly driven by personal preference and as a remote first team, there is no expectation to go to the office. We do, however, have between 2-7 people in the London office on any given day so there is still an opportunity to come together and work in a shared space if that’s your preferred working style. We believe that the time we spend together should be meaningful and with an aim of strengthening our relationships. As such, we make a conscious effort to ensure we have regular team events (both online and in-person) so that we can catch up as a team and remind ourselves of the incredible network we’re a part of!

Team Culture & Bonding
We're a committed, experienced, and compassionate team with former Amazon, Mozilla, Microsoft, Wise, and Stripe alumni. A collaborative group of professionals from many different backgrounds, who’ve built and scaled large teams and products. In our work, we guide ourselves with a few important principles. Our solutions are always embedded in customer problems. When putting together plans, we think ahead and break them down into small steps. Our main focus is keeping things simple for everyone and revealing step by step the complexities that may exist. We work asynchronously and take time monthly to do online and in-person team events. Every week we have coffee chats and spend 30 minutes talking about everything else but work. We have a diverse team consisting of 12 nationalities and often we learn new things about different countries' food and traditions.
Interview Process
We do all our interviews online. It’s a three step process:1. Intro Chat2. Interviews with the team (~3) 3. Final Interview & OfferWe recognise the importance of feedback so we aim to get back to all candidates within 5 days of their interview.
