Hi Elphas!The company I work for (Admios, a software development firm) is growing and we're looking to make changes to our onboarding process. What onboarding/off-boarding softwares have you used or could recommend? We're looking for a software that is friendly, customizable and overall very complete since most of our hires are remotes.Any help would be truly appreciated!

Hey Nicole - I end up going pretty old-school and using a lot of notion, 1:1 google docs and trello to keep tabs on what we're working on and progressing through. The person I work with who's remote is also on the other end of the world, so it helps to have a workflow tool that helps us communicate asynchronously.
