I know a woman who was struggling to move forward at work.
When we looked at what was holding her back from her next level, we realized she wasn’t just doing her own job, but other people’s jobs too!!!She was the glue that held everything together—fixing all the little project issues and handling things no one else had bothered to learn.
After adding a second child to her family, it just wasn’t working anymore. She was burned out.
