Hello!At QUBS Toys we're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to expand our growing team!QUBS is set out to shake up the world of education. Our global HQ is in Zurich, Swiss, but our team is completely remote from every corner of Europe. Since launching our Kickstarter campaign in April 2020, the demand for our product has increased and we are now looking for a Supply Chain and Logistics specialist to build, oversee and manage a global supply chain, including planning, procurement, warehousing and logistics. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.  Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules to meet deadlines Import & regulatory compliance for key marketsCustoms classification and compliance Selection, appointment and management of international shipping partnersSelection, appointment and management of customs brokers in key marketsContract and rate negotiations with all logistics partnersDevelopment and implementation of the optimal transport mode and route to marketSupply Chain Management including production planning and supplier managementInventory Management and stock reportingDemand PlanningEstablishment and implementation of operational processes and proceduresCreation of customer shipping and returns policies Identify suitable logistics and supply chain software, applications and/or tools to meet the requirements of the business as it growsRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years' of supply chain experienceStrong negotiation and influencing skillsExperience in the toy industry is preferred but not mandatoryHigh proficiency in English is essentialWe're looking for someone committed to this project and eager to make a difference.
