A few months ago I joined Abstract's Product team and I love it so far. We are 100% remote (within the US), have truly great values and first priciples that we deeply identify with and practice, and we just introduced an program called Intermission: staggered 4-day work weeks (T-F, M-Th) that results in 4-day weekends, every other weekend. We already have unlimited PTO, but it’s different having off when you know all your teammates are also off.
