THE ROLEWith several established high-profile customer partnerships and others in the pipeline, Embold is currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner with their CEO and Executive Leadership Team to position, lead and propel them through their current and future stages of rapid and successful growth.As a member of the Senior Executive Team, the COO will serve as a trusted advisor to the Founder/CEO, operationalizing and executing Embold’s vision. The COO will lead key business functions including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, and Customer Implementation, while ensuring Embold continues to develop and maintain critical operational strategies and procedures to effectively grow and meet increasing market demand. That leads to better outcomes, more appropriate care and lower costs.Click the link below to read what Modern Healthcare has to say about Embold Health and Walmart working together:https://www.modernhealthcare.com/patient-care/walmart-test-new-healthcare-services-workers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Envision and articulate operational strategy while partnering with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to develop, integrate and execute the short and long-term overall company strategy.• Analyze and evaluate current business processes to ensure scalability to drive, enable and support growth.• Provide leadership and ensure appropriate prioritization, focus and exceptional performance from functional teams including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Communications and Customer Implementation.• Identify, develop, and lead implementation of key business drivers to optimize operational execution.• Collaborate between various SME’s and their teams to identify opportunities and provide insight to refine and advance operational effectiveness and performance.• Identify operational and business challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement, collaborating cross-functionally to drive and deliver effective and scalable solutions.• Establish, prioritize and measure clear objectives for deliverables supporting and driving company goals. - Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement and informed decision-making representing the best interests of the company, customers and key stakeholders.• Cultivate and maintain a customer-centric orientation focused on proactively anticipating and solving the underlying needs of Embold Health’s client partners.• Foster a success-oriented, high-performance, high accountability environment within the organization.KEY QUALIFICATIONS• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in rapid growth environments, directly leading business functions including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Communications and Customer Implementation.• Demonstrated success in a COO role scaling an early stage/startup technology business to mid-market, with a focus on building and scaling teams and processes as well as experience leading the organization through the various operational, financing and growth milestones is required.• Commitment to integrity and a passion for transforming healthcare.• Demonstrated experience building high performing teams anddeveloping talent.• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and create solutions in an ambiguous environment.• Proven success with establishing integrated processes and communication across an organization.• Proven executor, building strong relationships and collaborating successfully across an organization.• Excellent analytical skills, with experience and aptitude for data- driven decision making.• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.• Demonstrated ability to adeptly move from strategic thinking/planning to tactical operations.EDUCATION REQUIREDMBA or equivalent experienceCOMPENSATIONCompetitive base salary, bonus and equity.For consideration, please email courtney@kuhncapital.net.
