Hi, I just graduated from a Humanities master's at the University of Oxford, but have 3+ years of experience in startups/innovation. I am looking for advice on how to best approach the job market (in Europe) without having a STEM/Business degree.

Have you tried looking on AngelList? Early stage startups need agile people to rev up their business and take on multiple responsibilities. If this is appealing to you I suggest searching through the AngelList postings to find companies that interest you and then reaching out to have an informational call and understand their roadmap and top priorities that you could assist with.
