About WEST

WEST (Women Entering and Staying in Tech), is a six month mentorship program aimed at helping women and women identifying technologists overcome obstacles, gain career clarity, and reach for their full career potential. Designed by women, for women, our program includes 1:1 mentor sessions as well as monthly group mentoring around development topics that are top of mind for our mentees.
