Hi everyone! Are you interested in working for a fully-remote cybersecurity startup with a growing team (currently 30 team members)? Bitwarden just opened a Product Manager role to collaborate with other teams on providing a great product to our 1 million+ users. We're focused on the password management space, and have big plans for 2021!As Product Manager at Bitwarden, you will work across teams to collaboratively define the product roadmap. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Identity and Access Management space who can understand our users, prioritize requests, and craft the product story of Bitwarden.RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify opportunities to meet our customer needs and expectationsAnalyze customer feedback and prioritize product roadmapUnderstand and deliver according to a “minimum viable product” frameworkWrite detailed strategy documents to set the context for the product roadmapConduct user research and distill the research into product requirement documents for engineering to deliver againstCreate shared understanding and direction across Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teamsWHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN3+ years experience in product managementKnowledge of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) spaceStrong technical competency and an understanding of how software is built, packaged, and deployedCapable of deriving key insights and patterns from customer interviewsExtremely organized and able to make highly informed prioritization & trade off decisions with engineeringExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence and strong ability to build positive working relationships in a distributed working environmentA growth mindset and a desire to learn from othersExcitement and enthusiasm for open source and for better internet security We also have Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing positions open.
