Looking for data engineers for a 4-6 weeks project about assisted reproduction therapy (ART) .

A very good friend of mine is looking for a data engineer for 4-6 weeks (can be part-time) to work on a health project related to assisted reproduction therapy (ART) .I thought that maybe some people in this community might be interested in this topic so I am sharing this post.The co-founders of this project have a data science background but need help to setup the cloud infrastructure and define the data structure to run some processing in the cloud. They are based in Europe, but work can be remote."WeCare’s two founders are former assisted reproduction therapy (ART) patients with deep andbroad experience in health data analysis and entrepreneurship. Our company aims atempowering patients and care teams with data in order to improve the efficiency and success ratein medically assisted reproduction.WeCare formed a first partnership with a Swiss clinic to analyze medical data with the aim tounderstand the different patient journeys and use artificial intelligence (AI) to link patientand protocol characteristics to outcomes (success rate).Help wanted in order to perform data analysis (in R) using the clinic medical data:● Data set contains Imagery, protocols, labs, and communication for each patientBelow is a list of tasks expected on this project:● Discuss with the clinics to understand data format and quality● Design a storage infrastructure following GCP (good clinical practice) to store this data:○ To easily support processing done by data scientists (using R)○ To ensure data remains secure○ To make it easy to import data from the clinic● Design the process to import data from the clinic to this infrastructure:○ It is likely that a script will have to be developed to transform the data to fit theFHIR format● Setup GCP to allow data analysis on the cloud and assist data scientist to use this setupJob requirements: 1. experience in Google Cloud Platform, health data, ideally experienceworking with the FHIR format. 2.
