Writing style feedback on team alginment article

I write a lot for academic journals. Like every field, we have to write in a specific style...I'm trying my best to write for a different audience. Some months ago, I got the feedback that my writing style is dense, but the person found this ok given the topic that I'm writing about. However, I want to also produce content that is easier to read and to digest. If you could read the linked post and tell me how you feel about the readability of the article that would be great.The post is about measuring team alignment.
