Are you okay? πŸ‘πŸ‘„πŸ‘https://tally.so/r/3XxJzL

Startups/tech companies are starting to hire diverse perspectives, but they're often unprepared to actually LISTEN, evolve, and make sure everyone is psychologically safe.

It took me years of working in big law, craft brewing, and tech startups to realize that my opinion is valid and worthy.

I have often felt like a failure as a software engineer because I don't think and do things exactly the same way as others in the industry. I've finally realized that my product, design, and mission-driven software strategy is what the next generation of tech innovators need--the great resignation is showing us that workers don't just want a paycheck. They also want meaning, productivity, creativity, and joy.

I would really appreciate if you filled out this survey to tell me how you are (2 minutes/anonymous) or checked out this blog (autoupdates when people complete the form).

We need more diverse perspectives in tech and we need to support those that we have right now.
