Thanks for sharing this. FWIW usually when recruiting for board roles, it's the skills matrix that is used to determine whether someone is a good addition to the board. I have never seen a personality test used to assess fit on a board.

We are certainly using the skills matrix to determine which candidates are a good match, the personality test is another layer on top suggesting which of the matched candidates might have an extra added value due to cognitive diversity.
