The Role

LTSE’s Growth Marketing Manager will manage LTSE Equity’s lifecycle marketing and growth strategy - from planning to execution and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer journey and lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, social, and web to increase marketing leads, enable sales, and ultimately drive revenue.
  • Design creative, data-driven tests to learn about what moves prospective customers through each stage of the marketing and sales funnels.
  • Partner closely with the rest of the marketing team (content + partnerships) to roll out new growth campaigns across channels.
  • Communicate experiment and campaign results across key stakeholders to raise awareness of impact and leverage learnings.
  • Experiment with alternative channels like online forums, software review sites, and more to keep LTSE Equity in tune with where startup founders are spending their time online.

We're looking for:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or content marketing with an emphasis on distribution methods.
  • Broad and deep experience designing experiments across channels with a clear understanding of how they have helped to move leads across a marketing and sales funnel.
  • Experience managing partnerships with VCs, early-stage startup services, law firms, and/or founder communities B2B SaaS for early-stage startups.
  • Experience managing websites, social media campaigns, and other distribution channels for content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong personal skills, must be able to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and adapt to custom internal tools.

Nice to haves:

  • Previous experience working with early-stage investors, services, and law firms.
  • Previous experience in fintech.
