Parents we need your feedback

We are a small company and need the help of parents with children ages 4-13. We teach children a second language (Spanish or English) in a fully immersive online environment. We are a new company coming on our two-year mark. We have regular customers who love us but due to Covid we had a huge decline and almost closed. We are slowly rebuilding but need some advice from parents.
