@lsheehy,My startup to be launched in 2 months is both B2B (for the most part) and B2C (hoping it picks up like UBER did).It is a mobile blood work (draw) business providing lab blood collection services in the convenience of you location and delivering the samples to a contracted lab.The hired Phlebotomist shall be solely contractors (1099) for a start and I shall provide supplies for their collection services.Clients shall through an app request for blood draw services from any location (like UBER) and a Phlebotomist shall be dispatched to their location to draw blood and deliver at a designated lab for testing.Lab results shall be made available to clients /patients through their online profile.Any tips on marketing my brand would be great help.Getting closer to launching.Thanks

An early suggestion would to be focus your marketing on one side of the equation (B2B seems like a more equitable target than B2C for now).I recommend creating an asset that describes what you've listed above: a simple explainer video would be great. I assume you're doing outreach and attending industry events. If you create materials like a video or story that illustrates the process, that is one step forward a 'yes' for partnership.
