COVID Grief Network - Software Recs to Track Volunteers & Counseling Sessions

Hi Elpha Community, I have a friend who's part of the core team that started the COVID Grief Network. They are looking for relatively low cost software to help track volunteers and counseling sessions. I've copy and pasted her request below. Does anyone know of a product that provides this type of functionality? Thanks! Ann COVID Grief Network - Software RequestThe covid grief network is looking into getting some sort of client management/cms software to help us with tracking our volunteers and the young adults receiving support through the network. Essentially with our model, we have a base of a couple hundred volunteers who are matched with a young adult to provide 6-10 sessions of grief support. We're looking for some software that will help us keep track of things like when volunteers were matched, who's matched with who, info on "client" sessions (how many sessions took place and when). We'd use the software for data and reporting, but also to help volunteers and organizers keep track of everything. I am wondering if by chance you have come across any companies or software for basic client management that would be lower-cost compared to something like Salesforce, which I believe would be a bit over the top for what we're looking for?
