(iamwoken.com)Your Areas of Ownership:This person will serve as our “one man” marketing show including strategic oversight of roadmap, priorities, goals, execution of efforts, analytics/measurement and iteration.Goals:Grow customer base according to projections (i.e. # qualified leads/demo calls per month & target % conversion)A) Run efforts that are already working (finding partners to run virtual events/webinars with, slack groups, quilt/clubhouse)B) Run 1 monthly experiment of a new growth channel (Test and validate which channels will be the most consistent source of qualified leads and conversions)C) Monthly analytics/measurement of all marketing efforts (website/google analytics, email metrics, etc), gather insights, & run light optmization of efforts given learningsD) Eventually, pursue more strategic efforts (seo, blogs, content, etc)Your Expectations:-Hold a strong (historical/current) picture of our clients/personas, sources, data/traction, pricing, marketing/sales workflows-Oversee and project manage all marketing efforts to ensure our execution is both timely and in line with our goals and also executed according to industry best practices-Provide input/feedback to founder on marketing plan/prioritization/sequencing/timeline of growth efforts-Suggest optimal ways of executing all efforts including website optimization, email workflows, sales workflows, social media content strategy, analytics processes, b2b2c partnerships, events, etc.-Stay abreast with product development to align efforts with product development timeline as necessaryRequirements:-Proven & independently led growth in a B2C SaaS Company-Experienced with Zoho, Google Analytics, Zapier-Experienced with virtual events & partnerships-Experienced with growth hacking/direct outreach (pre sales) via digital marketplaces/avenues/social media platforms (linkedin, slack, facebook groups, etc)-Experienced with content marketing & strategic marketing efforts (blogs, seo, email marketing, social media content, video/youtube, etc)Reach out!
