I am on my 2nd week of job hunting for mostly graphic & visual design. Boy, each step I get less depressed, but I am trying not to feel like it's hopeless either. The more I put in, the better I will know any sort of outcome. #grit

great tip @KarenMurphy - hope this helps the poster, and I was also glad to hear about it! I'm looking to move on to head up another marketing department before the end of the year. And I agree with @JenAndrade, job searching is really. not. fun. Check out Creative Circle too, they fill a lot of positions in design!
