Hi Elpha community!

TL;DR - Does anyone have advice on landing U.S. entry-level roles as a Canadian? Or any advice on how to break into technical recruiting?

I graduated in 2022 and I'm working in contact center recruitment, but my dream is to work as a campus or technical recruiter in the gaming industry (specifically Riot Games). I'm Canadian so I'm thinking it might be easier to work in gaming in Canada and being more experienced before applying to U.S. jobs. Even then, I'm not sure how to break into either the gaming industry or technical recruitment. Thoughts?
