Empathy is the best marketing strategy!
Marketing starts and ends with people. When designing marketing strategies, so many of us look at what our competition is doing, what the brand wants to communicate, who the ideal buyer would be for our company, and so many other marketing tools and techniques that give us great insights, but at the same time overcomplicates and blurs out what really matters. Don't be afraid to ask your clients what they want and think about your brand, and then be ready to listen to what they have to say. Just a simple reminder to let us know we're targeting humans, not numbers. If you focus on your customers, the numbers will come.
