My company's Trademark Opposition. Looking for help and advice!

Hi everyone! I have a problem with a company opposing my trademark registration and trying to bully me to accept their limitations. They're threatening an aggressive opposition that could get very expensive. Looking for legal advice/ advice from another founder that had this experience! Think you might want to get a lawyer involved for this one. Even just a letter sent from a lawyer from your side might help them to step down as they realise they aren't dealing with a lone party & you mean business. If you are in the UK (I think they also do US), Julia from Seyfarth is good. Going to be a few hundred though... [email protected]

A good friend has a boutique trademark + IP firm, and she's worked with startups: https://www.svenssonlegal.com/servicesPersonally, as a founder, I haven't dealt with too many trademark issues but for things outside of my wheelhouse like legal issues, I've found it helpful to set up a few intro calls with attorneys that folks suggest. Having a few different professional opinions helps provide perspective on various options, costs, tradeoffs, etc.
