Looking for UI Design Work: Freelance / Contract / Entry Levelhttps://www.jessienelsonux.com

I'm now at the point in my UI design journey where after a year and a half I need to go work under someone else and get hired in the field to learn and get started. Looking for any freelance, contract and entry level 1 to 2 years of experience roles. Thanks so much for any leads or thoughts on this!
Tagged "job hunting" as well as our design communities for you!
Thank you so much for doing that, I really appreciate it!
Hi Jessie! I don't know about any roles right now but here's a bunch of UX resources including job boards that I compiled: https://www.convergeguide.com/ux-design-101 Quick tip: In your about page (or really anywhere) get rid of any mentions of your bootcamp. Highlight yourself as a UX designer, it doesnt matter where you learned. "Bootcamps" are kinda stigmatized and I'd only mention if asked where you learned. But focus on WHY you fell in love with UX and what draws you to your solutions.
I also just shared your website on this post I saw. You should join Hexagon UX - http://hexagonux.com/ its a slack group for womxn UX
@Haskinselena Also, thank you so much:) Sincere question: this job above you mentioned: could I apply? I have basic Figma knowledge for sure and I'm available. Let me know what you think.
I don't know the posting, I forwarded your contact to the poster with your portfolio though!
Got it, thank you:)
@Haskinselena Thank you so much for your advice and these resources, I really appreciate it!
