There are tons of issues humanity faces- disease, climate change, animal cruelty, lack of peace within ourselves and amongst each other, poverty, etc.

But there is also another underlying problem with the forces behind any possible change-the people (specifically youth- society's future).

There is a psychological urge in every human to make a positive impact on the world. However, what’s holding youth back according to various studies and global stats, is either:

1. They do not have much money to donate, and many charity models do not support sustainable impact.

2. They do not have much time to volunteer or if they do, there are limited times in the year they can.

3. They are uneducated on these issues or do not understand their extremity. And probably the biggest: 4. Even if they know the problem, they feel like their actions do not matter. i.e., “How is what I do going to make a difference? I’m only one person, I can’t do anything to change it” which is a false notion, in fact, it’s the opposite.

So, we started the Startup, Etherea, that uses gamification and top psychological motivators, to give youth the opportunities to tackle the Sustainable Development Goals while showing them the real-world impact they are making, for free, at the comfort of their home.
