Hi friends! I wanted to share a wonderful org I've been volunteering with: LivingOSI once struggled with trauma; therapy didn’t work for me. I read a lot of self-help books and tuned into many inspirational talks, but they were at most a temporary fix. I had no idea how to unblock myself.I first stumbled upon LivingOS’s writing and it really resonated with me. I read all of the letters on substack and joined the community (thanks to the amazing founder @hsinleiw). It helped me resolve hauntings that I’ve (almost) given up and gave me the clarity I didn’t know I could have for life.Since then, I’ve seen many fellows who went through the six-week program and did the same.If you are feeling a bit blocked at work/life, I highly recommend the group coaching fellowship too.
