Hello Elpha Community!
My co-founder Lauren and I are former corporate attorneys and 13 year veterans of the luxury events industry. We founded and owned Downey Street Events until this past January when we sold it to work full time on our startup, Design League Co. We developed a wedding design process over the course of hundreds of events and are digitizing it for a much wider set of users online. Though evergreen, the wedding industry is archaic with opaque pricing and old school inefficiencies. The wedding design process happens largely offline, or online using ill-suited resources. We are going to change that.
We are raising our seed round and looking for the right person to join our Founding team and lead the build out of this category-defining product. We have tons of amazing contacts in the tech industry and lots of interest in funding our seed round, but we need the right person to build the product.
