Has anyone taken the IBM Cognitive Ability Assessment?

Hi all,I've just applied for a non-technical position with IBM last week and received an automated-congratulatory email saying that I was selected to move on to the next step. They required that I take their Cognitive Ability Assessment, so I had just completed that yesterday but I haven't heard back from them as of yet.I've researched other candidates IBM testing experiences online and read that most candidates receive a second test within minutes of completing the Cognitive Ability Assessment. Out of curiosity, I would like to know if anyone on Elpha has taken this assessment or if anyone currently works at IBM and knows internal information about this?Thank you!
