How we motivated our developers to learn new technologies and upskill with minimal supervision

Hello, everyone!We have been challenged with getting our developers to grow their knowledge on their own for quite some time now (example: learning a new technology that isn't part of the project they are working on). We have been investing in sites and programs to get them to upskill themselves but these efforts have not been working, so we developed a solution that works for our team which we believe could help other tech companies too based on the market validation that we are also doing.In a nutshell, this app "verifies" if your developers are still at par with your company's tech knowledge standards. Upon signing up, you will select which tech skills (with corresponding proficiency levels) you require for all your devs then we will generate tests for your devs based on this.
