Before Elpha disappears, I wanted to share this community-driven program where people who are job-switching, new to tech, or wanting to keep skills sharp.

Tech Fleet is a free, community-driven nonprofit program that allows real, on a real project, cross-functional team experience in Product, UX Design, UX Research, Development, and Project Management working on non-profit projects. The proram is oriented around breaking down bariers and practicing service leadership and agile principles.
