Healthcare: company pays most of the cost for a pretty good PPO plan so that I pay ~$150/month for myself. deductible is around 1k, out of pocket limit (in network) is less than 4k.Time off: Unlimited. Most of us take 3-4 weeks off/year.401k: 4% pay matchOther perks: (pre-covid) quite a bit of traveling available (both within the US and out of country)!
