As a founder, I truly believe that including more voices at the table in the capital ecosystem of early-stage companies will make the future of all companies stronger and bring more funding opportunities to underrepresented founders and investors. When the rules for crowdfunding changed last week we knew Kyndoo wanted to play a part in allowing all investors of all sizes to become owners in high-growth startups. My favorite part of this is that it means that as a VC-backed startup we will not only be reliant on rich, old, white men to determine our future. Especially because so many of our organization's clients are women and people of color. If you are interested in the future of social commerce, come join us on our journey and invest alongside Institutional VCs who care about diversity, like 500 Startups and Atland Ventures and Angel Groups leveling the playing field like Gaingels.
