Hiring Head of Technology for new fintech (remote)https://klutchcard.com/

Klutch is on a mission to challenge the status quo of banking – to rethink how financial products are designed, communicated and used. We will do this by starting and ending with the individual user's personal needs. Everything we do will be customized, transparent, simply designed, and created to provide real financial value to our members. Our first products will be a credit and debit card as a platform. This person will join as the 3rd person in our founding team! If interested, please send me a DM or email at [email protected]. What You’ll Do• As our first engineer, you will work directly with the CEO/CTO and CPO on bringing the mobile app to manage the debit card product to the market. • You’ll be instrumental in shaping our product and launching our platform. You will define, build and test the product and have real leadership responsibilities. • You will work on the back-end services, integrating with our banking partner and processor and writing code to process financial transactions and the engine to run the mini apps. Our customers are also developers, so you will have the opportunity to engage with them, and help us create our API.Who You Are • You have experience building software for tech companies. Working in the fintech space in the past is a plus• Our stack consists of Kotlin, React, MySQL, Mongo and AWS -- you should have experience with most of those technologies. You have contributed to an open-source project• You are passionate about creating products for the individual instead of how most financial companies treat us the same Why you should joinBe one of the first people to join a high-growth disruptive technology company! Hi @rachelehrlich - as a startup attorney, I can't help but jump in like a fairy godmother to make sure that as you are making these hires that you are formalizing these relationships. Because you're hiring folks to create Intellectual Property, and particularly if these individuals are hired as contractors, a well written agreement is important to secure the creations as assets.and in any case, best of luck!
