Rookie manager under-mining the importance of accurate performance documentation and thinks I'm being defensive.

Hi all, I don't think there's anything to can be done with this situation. I want to share it because I think this is the type of shit that builds up and is especially hurtful for people like us(minors in tech/juniors in tech) who's trying to perform "perfect" to be taken seriously.I was put on a PIP (at month 8 of 1-year commitment of onboarding me), sure I like to learn, let's do it.End of PIP email details summarizes to this "We appreciate your hard work for the past 5 weeks! We decided to keep you on and expect that you keep growing in the trajectory you're on. Going forth we expect that you don't make the mistake of "1) "not completing 1/2 project on time" (inaccurate, I completed the project scope that was assigned at the time, we even had a chat if we should work on that missing piece and we decided not to because we didn't have enough time scoped for the project. The project was rolled back because of that missing piece. So they are saying that I didn't complete the project.) 2) "not completing this non-PIP project" ( bringing up a bug from a project that's not relevant to the PIP in the conclusion of PIP email, what?! I asked them to just put that in one on ones notes which is where it belongs. Not disagreeing with the fact that there's a bug with the feature. And says why does placing it at the right locations matter?) 3) totally not mentioning the second project that is shipping on time despite 1/3 of the time for the second project was taken away because of delays caused by another team for the first project.now they are not changing the wording, and just want me to say "I've received this email and agree that all developers should take ownership of the features they work on till they are production-ready." UGH!!!!!!!!
