I just joined Netlify as an engineering manager. My team is an edge services team with a mix of software development and infrastructure work. We are 100% remote and work async around the world.

The two specific roles on my team are for a Go backend developer and a Node Developer Tooling Engineer (contributing to our open source work). We have several other openings as well.

Our company is approx 40% women/non-binary and we have 29 different nationalities. One thing in particular that impressed me is that our SVP of Engineering is a woman and the prior SVP of engineering was also a woman. As a woman in engineering management, I don't think I've ever seen that.
