Are you a female or non-binary engineer, product manager, project manager, or scientist? If you are AND you're interested in how to protect your energy, creatively grow your career, and optimize your health/happiness WITHOUT sacrificing success THEN MY TEAM AND I WANT TO INTERVIEW YOU!I'm building out a program for rock stars exactly like you and am doing market research so I build it rock solid.I'm looking for 10 people willing to let me interview them in exchange for a free 25-minute coaching session. If you fit this drop an emoji and grab a spot here: https://kaseydreier.as.me/STEMx-interviewsIf you know someone who fits this description tag them in this post!---------The interview length and goal:It’s a 30-minute interview with me or someone on my team. The goal of our call is to get some more information about your experience in STEM and to learn more about how we can best help women and gender-nonconforming folks realize their potential in their careers and more generally in life. Who is Kasey Dreier?Enchante! I’m Kasey. I’m an engineer, coach, and entrepreneur. I left the STEM world five years ago after burning out from too much work and too little balance. But I was also tired of fighting the uphill battle of changing the engineering industry. That, compounded with sexual harassment and assault, led me to quit my career to become a yoga teacher and coach. In addition to being a professional engineer, I’m also a 500-hour experienced yoga teacher and certified health coach. Over the past 5 years I’ve taught 1,000+ yoga classes, coached 300+ high-achievers to find more joy and success without burning out, founded two successful businesses, and helped 20+ entrepreneurs start and grow their own companies. What’s the big why?I’m coming full circle to bring these programs to women in STEM with three goals in mind:1. Keep as many women and non-gender conforming people in STEM who want to stay by teaching them tools to create balance, own boundaries, and lead change.2. Help women who want to leave STEM creatively repurpose their remarkable skill sets to do work they are passionate about.3. Build a network of STEM change agents who can lean on each other to help change the culture and system. No one needs to do this work alone.Gifts of gratitude for participating in the survey:1. You get a free 25-minute coaching session with Kasey, you’ll get the link within 24 hours to sign up!2. We’d love to have you participate in the first round of the coaching program that we’re launching this summer. We’ll give you early access to sign up (space will be limited to keep it intimate) and a 20% discount code.
This sounds interesting. I like how your bio is written by the way. Are you still looking for people to speak with on this?
