Figma is an open, collaborative design tool that runs on the web. The Growth team is looking to add a software engineer - the team's mission is to help new users discover value in Figma as quickly as possible. Our development process is highly collaborative and our hiring emphasis is to find teammates who will bring an ownership mindset without ego. We work in relatively fast, data-driven iterations which means we get to see measurable impact on Figma’s key metrics.
