We are headquartered in Austin, TX.We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to join an early stage, high growth startup. As an e-commerce only company, we are searching for a pivotal team member that can help us scale efficiently and strategically. You will be working directly alongside senior leadership on a day to day basis and closely with all internal teams (Ops, Product, Marketing, Support) in order to grow Underclub. Remote applicants accepted!Full job description available here: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/2349412941/What you'll do:Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies, optimising every part of the conversion funnelIdentify and scale paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels, including: PPC, social (paid & unpaid), partnerships & affiliates, SEO, content, email and moreManage and lead internal and agency teams to design cutting-edge, strategic and thoughtful audience-centric approaches and plans across a myriad of channels and tactics (social, mobile, video, display)Manage CAC & LTV and optimize campaigns for profitable unit economicsWork closely with product and operations teams to optimize conversion ratesUncover creative, non-traditional and new methods of acquiring usersBuild and execute brand and competitive positioning strategyBuild, lead and recruit the growth teamWho you are:Minimum 3-5 years of experience driving growth through digital acquisitionDemonstrable experience in implementing data-led marketing strategies & using web analytics toolsProven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goalsSelf-starter with ability to execute under deadlinesExperience in managing growth teams & executing an agile marketing strategyAdded bonus: experience in subscription, underwear / lingerie, e-commerce
