My company, Saara, just listed a new app in the Shopify app store to help online stores reduce and automate returns. I'd love to connect with Shopify store owners as well as those working with eCommerce stores on other platforms to gather information on your returns strategy. I've found most eComm managers are heavily preparing for Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales, but don't have a returns strategy in place to prevent losing those sales - and I want to help fix that.
