Hello, I'm Rachel Serwetz, the founder and CEO of WOKEN, an online career exploration platform designed to help professionals clarify their ideal career path. Early in my career, I gained valuable experience at Goldman Sachs in Operations and in Human Resources at Bridgewater Associates, where I developed an understanding of organizational dynamics. I then pursued formal training as a coach at NYU, became an ICF-certified coach, and later worked in HR Research at Aon Hewitt.

With a Technology MBA from NYU Stern, I wanted to bring a data-driven and structured approach to career exploration. Over the past 6.5 years, I have been building WOKEN to support individuals in identifying their best-fit career path through practical exploration steps and personalized coaching.
