Your Areas of Ownership:

80% Near Term focus on achieving Weekly/Monthly Goals for Organic Growth/Customer Acquisition/Lead Gen/Demand Gen/Brand Awareness

-- Secure at least 40 demo/sales calls per month with qualified leads by prioritizing the top channels to pursue (no DM'ing; leverage community management, events, partners, content strategy + execution, etc) ;

-- Maintain minimum goal but ideal would be to increase # demo/sales calls per month

*20% Strategic Effort *

-- Optimize our funnel to build a repeatable, scalable, predictable growth engine from top - middle -- bottom of funnel (improve website hooks, sms, email, retargeting, sales flows, etc)

Requirements:

--Strong tendency to think in scrappy ways (bootstrapping mindset) for how to creatively & efficiently increase awareness/visibility

--Experience with all areas of marketing funnel but heavy focus on organic growth in an early stage startup

--Proven and independently led growth in a B2C SaaS Company (customer acquisition, lead generation

--Built and proven growth engines to predictably land sales calls monthly

--Capacity for ~15 hours/week between 9AM-6PM EST

--Budget is $1750/month
