I created Dishmeetup to bring together people who want to use cooking/baking to make good food and lifestyle choices so we can experience abundant energy, mental clarity, physical strength, a sense of accomplishment, and improved self-esteem. We are doing fun cooking challenges, sharing easy, delicious, and nutritious meals anyone can make on busy weeknights, and discussing topics including parenting and menopause. I want to promote the mental and physical health benefits of cooking because it has certainly helped me during the pandemic. For me food is more than what we eat, it's culinary therapy.
