Mission of the Position:

  • Build visibility & company awareness
  • Drive MoM growth
  • Build top of funnel and optimize existing funnel

Expectations & Outcomes:

  • Drive consistent and/or increasing leads each month (we offer a free 20-minute initial sales call; we typically land 30-50 of these per month, we typically convert approx 15-25% of these per month, we want to see 5-10% MoM increase in demo calls booked)

Your Areas of Ownership:

This person will lead execution of a variety of growth/marketing efforts, run monthly analytics/measurement, and iteration to pivot & strengthen our efforts for the following month.  A portion of this role will also be tailored to brainstorming, strategizing, pursuing, and testing more strategic, sustainable, long-term lead generation/growth methods.

  • Support existing partners and land new partners to run virtual workshops/webinars/events
  • Create and run referral/affiliate program; source and close partners
  • SEO research & implementation; Enable SEO backlinking; Analyze ideal keywords for optimizing organic reach
  • Support existing and find new partners for content sharing
  • Measure and improve email & sms marketing flows; build out customer segmentation
  • Support identification of/oversight of website/UX/quiz improvements
  • Potential to test new/other growth efforts/channels ie linkedin automation direct outreach, ads, etc.
  • Run monthly analytics and identify recommendations for following month
  • Support our marketing coordinator who is mostly in charge of social, community management, and other marketing efforts
  • Partner and collaborate with our CEO, CMO, marketing coordinator, and website designer on marketing efforts
  • Support CEO as we build out new product offerings re: pricing, market research, A/B tests
  • Support company to drive growth given we have now a second career coach on board/increased capacity to handle more clients

Requirements:

-Executed on marketing efforts independently for a startup and has proven to drive growth

-Preferably has experience with D2C and/or SaaS models

-Experienced with Hubspot, LinkedIn, IG, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Google Analytics, Zapier

-Experienced with variety of marketing channels (partnerships, SEO, webinars/events, affiliate/referral, social content - videos/blogs, community management, email marketing, sms marketing, website/quiz improvements, monthly analytics)

Compensation

$1500/month for 10-12 hours/week
