I'm Lu, currently wrapping up a mental fitness and positive intelligence training.
To break the ice with the practical part of the training and beat my nerves, I need your help with some practice sessions as a facilitator, in a safe and supportive environment.
- The sessions are NOT coaching (although I am a certified coach)
- Focus: discovering your "inner saboteurs" whispering limiting beliefs in your ear + how they influence you.
- I offer: free 1-hour sessions for a few community members
- The support, I hope, is mutual: I get to practice this discovery tool in a safe space and you get to learn something new about yourself.
