Hi all, I'm looking for a bootstrapped founder of a software app who's willing to provide guidance to a fellow founder. I have run my company for 4.5 years but I'm not sure we can adequately design + develop further enhancements to our platform in a quality way with our budget, so was looking for some opinions/benchmarks/examples of how you might've built your team, outsourced, contracted, etc. Product dev can be so expensive and yet I know there are ways to do it on a budget, but I'm not sure it can be done "well" on that budget. If anyone is willing to chat to share their experience and give me some advice (I'll give you more context!), please let me know, I appreciate it!! (Email - [email protected]) Thanks!
