The Grand Quest - amazing 14-week group coaching on career transitions!

Hi Elpha!A bit about me...my name is Serena and I care very much about loneliness & emotional disconnection, particularly how it shows up within families & in neighborhoods. I believe that much of our national polarization and distrust is a product of the ways our daily lives produce disconnection from one another and ourselves. Anyways, I worked at First Round as their Community Lead, organized for the Biden Campaign, conducted research for Dr. Vivek Murthy (former and incoming Surgeon General), and now do consulting work for various startups & design firms related to all things community strategy. I'm also co-founding a fellowship for young American leaders interested in re-building social fabric in America (www.socialhealingcollective.org). This is ALL to say..these last 3 years have, for me, have featured tons of ambiguous, confusing career twists. Lots of moments feeling anxious & deeply lost. I frequently found myself going in mental circles over what I should be doing, skills I should be building, and how to "be the most authentic version" of me while doing all this.I wanted to share a very special opportunity with those who are thinking about navigating a career transition this year. As someone who recently went through one, I experienced how ambiguous, anxiety-provoking, yet ultimately so fulfilling this experience was! My amazing former colleagues at First Round built The Grand, an incredible company & coaching program to support people navigating career transitions.
