Hello Elpha!
I am new to this community and new to the job search. I was at my former employer for 7 years so I am a bit rusty when it comes to job searching. If anyone has any tips and tricks that helped them in this current market I am all ears!
Here is a little bit about me:
I recently led a large enterprise organization through the adoption of Agile practices, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. My expertise extends to facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on best practices, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure transparency and alignment.
My proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks, coupled with hands-on experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite, has enabled me to deliver measurable outcomes in enhancing team efficiency and productivity. I have successfully mentored Scrum Masters and team members, empowering them to embrace an Agile mindset and drive impactful results.
I enjoy working with people from all levels of an organization to develop strategies that will help them achieve their goals. I am also skilled at communicating effectively with employees and candidates alike.
