I run Buffer's annual State of Remote Work report, this will be my 5th year running it. It's always a pleasure to publish these reports as we share all of the data transparently and our goal is to help have a healthier and happier remote workforce by shedding light on the patterns and trends that remote workers are experiencing.

This year, the responses I'm seeing are predominantly male, which doesn't sit right with me. I want this report to accurately reflect and represent women who work remotely as well. I'm a new mom and remote work has absolutely made my experience going back to work way more positive than it would have been if I had been at an office.
