You'll be one of our first full time hires and will work hand-in-hand with the founding team to support just about everything. This will be challenging, but also immensely rewarding. Everything you do as an early team member will have an immediate and lasting impact on the company!You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, re-prioritizing tasks daily to keep all the balls in the air. We're growing and changing quickly, and we’re always short of resources - it'll be your job to work through the ambiguity and proactively think about plans A, B, and C.You’ve got a bachelor's degree or higher, with 2+ years experience at a top tier management consulting firm, investment bank or at a fast-growing startup (extra credit for digital health experience, but not mandatory).That said, we're far more concerned with your drive and hunger than your experience. If you are a quick learner, proactive, and passionate, we'll help guide you, and the sky's the limit for how far you can rise.ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will change as June grows, but the below areas will be your priority for your first few months with us:Go to market: We’re developing referral partnerships across a range of sales channels, and you’ll support strategy, research, materials development, coordination, and more to help best position June for success.Provider management: We have an amazing team of experienced maternal care professionals on our team, and we’re always looking for more ways to engage them. You’ll lead liaising with our providers in support of our programs, and June’s overall mission.Program coordination: Planning our programs takes a ton of thought, and you’ll be the mastermind behind it all. This includes everything from setting the schedule for new June groups to making sure our amazing providers are available and prepared to support their groups.Customer experience: You’ll lead many interactions with our customers - from potential leads until they become June graduates. You’ll track engagement data and identify insights to improve our customer experience and product. You’ll also chat, email, and do phone calls, supporting and engaging with our customers wherever they are on their journey with June.Skills & ExperienceOrganization and attention to detail: We can't stress this enough. You'll create the repeatable and scalable systems at the core of what we do. You must be the person who doesn't let the ball drop.Strong people skills: You'll be speaking with both customers and providers who together are the heart of our work. You’ll need to actively listen and respond with empathy.Analytical thinker: Your recommendations are grounded in data. You’re deliberate about every decision and consider a list of pros and cons before moving forward.Independent problem solver: We want someone who's able to tackle difficult problems on their own and proactively looks for new ways to improve June. In other words, you can figure anything out!*Ruthless prioritizer: *You'll be juggling hundreds of things at once. Be able to recognize which tasks are most important and get those done.*Quick learner: * There are tons of details to learn about our programs, our providers, our customers, etc. You are someone who can absorb and retain a lot of information quickly.Reliable: If you say you will do it, you do it.Team oriented: We can only achieve greatness together.
