What are the funding and financing options to start a company? Also, how to choose the best fit: sole proprietorship, partnership, or franchise?

I want to understand the multiple funding options when starting a company, whilst taking into consideration the options of business operation -- whether it is via sole proprietorship, partnership, or franchise. While I'm aware of the many funding options including family/friends investment, VCs, angel investments, through partnerships, and franchises, how do I account for the future revenue division, company shares and benefits, as well as the risk factors for each of these options?

Also, what are the resources out there, to delve into startups financing and shares division?

Funding options - crowdfunding - bank loans- private loans - investor - self funded/revenue You choose the best company structure based on the type of business it is, business model, customer base, how you want to interact and run your company :) Crowdfunding startup resource launch boom and you have to literally search online or do what you're doing now - ask. If you want a list of active investors during covid I can send you this excel sheet. DM.Hopefully I've answered some of your questions!
Thanks a lot! @jenged
